"HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this company who decided not to renew my policy after two small claims. Never paid late or argued about any increases. Their comment was maybe we can use another State Farm. This tells me YOU chose not to continue to have us on your policy. I thought you were a good company…a different company….I see now we had it all wrong. 0/10….highly do NOT recommend!"

"I emailed Joan Heintz on January 30th to have my renter's insurance policy cancelled. I never received an email back, and sure enough, on February 18th, my account was charged the monthly fee. I've never received communication about it, and once I called State Farm customer service, I was told by the rep "the underwriters are backed up and busy, and that's why you were charged, but your account is slated to be cancelled." I should have never went with State Farm and now this experience further validates my reason for never considering State Farm again. Thanks Joan."
