"We had needed assistance with filing a windshield replacement claim and had questions about requesting original factory glass vs. after-market material. Makala was extremely helpful, researched several resources within State Farm as well as with authorized installers to get us answers and then assisted with directly filing our claim. We have always been please with the service at Joan Heintz’s State Farm Insurance agency… but Makala went above and beyond. She is truly, a valued asset and representative for this office. "My entire family has used Joan Heintz State Farm for insurance for over 10 years, with Haven Grier as our team member. Haven is responsive, reliable, and explains every policy in terms that make it easy to understand. She has patiently walked me through car accidents, renters insurance, and multiple address changes. She goes above and beyond to get the best possible quote and serves her clients like family. My father recently had an issue with the DMV and an expired tag, and before the DMV even communicated the problem to him and made him aware, Haven caught the issue and contacted my dad. Previous insurance companies that I have worked with have never been this customer service oriented. If you're looking for someone to make insurance easier, and even joyful, Haven is your girl!"
