"I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with this insurance office. After being with this office for over a decade, I bought a new vehicle to replace one that had been totaled. When I asked them to transfer the policy, they made a mistake — something I didn’t find out until after I was in another accident a few months later. Joan completely refused to talk to me or help me fix their mistake. They ignored me through the entire process and obviously are refusing to make it right. Because of their negligence, I ended up losing several thousand dollars that should have been covered. I would go to the office and try to have a meeting to fix this, but I can’t get into their office because it’s not wheelchair accessible. This office does not stand by their customers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Edit: This response is as disappointing and frustrating as my experience with this office has been. Both I and my lawyer have been told repeatedly by claims that there is nothing else that they can do. They can only provide what the policy was written for. Since the mistake was made at the local office, it is the local agent that will have to fix the issue. The office continues to hide behind that same veil, while refusing to acknowledge the mistake that was made or provide any insight as to how it will be made right. This frustration is increased by the fact that my statute of limitations is only weeks away after which State Farm has no obligation to provide any more compensation from the accident."

"We had needed assistance with filing a windshield replacement claim and had questions about requesting original factory glass vs. after-market material. Makala was extremely helpful, researched several resources within State Farm as well as with authorized installers to get us answers and then assisted with directly filing our claim.
